  • “Gold Loan” refers to a financial loan provided to you against the pledge of your gold jewelry or articles.

  • “Pledge” means the process of depositing your gold with ETPL Gold as collateral for a loan.

2. Eligibility

By accessing our services:

  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

  • You have legal capacity to enter the gold loan contract.

3. Service Overview

ETPL Gold provides:

  • Instant gold loans against pledged gold.

  • Pledging services for valuables.

  • Takeover of existing gold loans subject to assessment.
    Services are provided based on internal gold evaluation, licensing, and regulatory standards.

4. Pricing & Charges

  • Loan amount is based on gold purity, weight, and prevailing market price.

  • Applicable interest rates, processing fees, and service charges will be disclosed upfront.

  • Prices and interest may vary without prior notice based on market conditions.

5. Loan Disbursement

  • Loan is disbursed after verification and valuation of pledged gold.

  • ETPL Gold may use third-party payment gateways or banking systems for disbursement.

6. Customer Obligations

  • You must provide valid identification (as per KYC requirements).

  • Information must be true, accurate, and complete.

  • You agree to repay the loan within agreed terms.

7. Redemption & Recovery

  • To redeem your pledged gold, you must repay the outstanding loan and any accrued charges.

  • Failure to repay may result in legal recovery and sale of pledged gold.

8. Liability Limitation

ETPL Gold will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be referred to courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use signifies acceptance of the new Terms.
